Desperate-housewives-junkie needs HELP!

Hi!

I'm a complete Desperate Housewives-junkie, and i finally got to a webpage were i can se episodes again. If i go to the page,(or any other page with other videos) the video sometimes won't open. I'm using internet explorer 8.0. Where the video should have been theres just a white box with a tiny icon that looks like a picture... (Standard icon that comes from Internet Explorer, not the red cross) I can open videos from certain channels, like youtube, but alot of other channels won't work.
