U tube is not working

Hello,
Same here. Everywhere I go It says I need to install Adobe Flash Player 10. I follow the link and download it and it say "Sucessfully Downloaded" but then i return to the websites and It still says I need to install Adobe Flash Player 10! I refresh the page to no avail. PLz help me find a way to watch my beloved Videos and Flash Games!!!

System: Windows 7
Browser: IE 8

should not it say successfully installed ?

why not go to adobe site and install from there
