Ive had a new laptop given to me as a gift on christmas, and for 3 months now i have been trying to change the desktop background. ive tried everything. but nothing seems to work.
can i please have the link? x

If you have Windows 7 Basic then there is no way to change the background. Microsoft left that function out of the Basic edition of Windows 7. Sorry
