Its just like cdrom

Hello,
And I have the same problem but with the difference that does not give me error code 19 simply does not want to write, its just like cdrom, what to do? I can help anybody?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the problem isn't coming from the lens. Try cleaning it up to see.
