Samsung pc suit installation problem

Hello,
i am installing samsung pc suit, but after installing it, the pc does not see the phone or the pc suit software do not see the phone. what is the problem.
any way the phone is samsung and pc is toshiba.

Have you installed the Samsung pc studio or other pc suite on pc?Please give more information.If you do not have it ,you can get it on links below:
