Hello,
I am using MTNL broadband. I have a computer at ground floor and am using ethernet on that one. I have bought a new Desktop which is placed at first floor. I want to use internet on this as well. Please suggest some easier ways to use this one.

You need to get a router (wireless or wired) and set up network to share Internet, you can have a look on this wireless network or wired Ethernet network setup tutorials, hope this helps.
