Hello,
I called on reliance customer care ,they told me to send sms "ALL" on 55100 . Their reply came :"Your handset information is not present in database. My handset is samsung SGH-C210 that supports gprs . What can I do if you don't have its information in your database ?pls help...

I also tried but the answer was same as you. My set is samsung sgh j-150

Dear Kiku,

They might be lacking information about the manufracturer and I will therefore recommend you to move personally to one of its showrooms and get in contact with the customer care service to see in the matter.
