No wireless or ethernet after system restore

Hello,
I have a dell inspiron 1525 with windows vista 32 bit home premium. I recently reinstalled my OS and now my wireless and ethernet port don't show up at all. I flip the wireless switch to the on position but the indicator light stays off. So now I can't even connect to the internet to diagnose my problems. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You

You need to go to the Dell web site on another computer and download the drivers. You can use a flash drive or a CD to transfer the files to the broiken computer.
