Hello,
I cant seem to open any program downloaded to my computer, if you open any icon it says "open with, select program..." and it never seems to work? can you help me? if there something i can do or download to fix this?

Hi there,
To solve this issue,open run and type this command :regsvr32 /i shell32.dll press ok.
