Hello,
i m using China N5800 Xpress Music.. . When i pressed RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS ..
It rebooted and its touch sensitivity gone.

when we press 7 on no: pad it will call
when we press 1 it will press 7

Please find me a software to restore it to original conditions ...
It might be a software problem... Hmm..

Please find a solution

Hi there,

Try to restore to factory default,if still same issue then get it to a mobile phone repair shop and make them flash the mobile and reinstall the system platform,for resetting you will get instructions on link below from kioskea Faq:
