Cd TROBLESHOOTING

I have a Dell Windows Xp desk top I can not play my Cds thus can not play my games I bought. I updated my drivers for CD-Rom but did not help. How can I play games on my computer when the CDs do not load. Puthtem in CD-Rom nothing happens the light comes one for a minute but then nothing HELP!!!

Hi there,

Try changing the drive ide or sata cable and revert back with more information.Is it detected in my computer?Also with the help of a lens cleaner try to clen the lens.
