SAMSUNG SGH E250 -

My Samsung SGH E250 is about 18 months old. It now looses signal, freezes, switches off by itself etc and is generaly a pain to have. Used to be a fantastic phone with lots of features. Please help resolve the problems - ie is there a MASTER RESET or something I can use TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. ?
