Hello,
It is not that weird, it's a bunch of spamming hooligans who are trying to create havoc on the web to gain notoriety.
Please download and install Spybot Search and Destroy.
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4561-spybot-search-destroy/
During the installation process, uncheck "Tea Timer" which is necessary.
Run a scan and delete the items found. After the scan, if 4chan is still there, please download and install Hyjackthis, from the main menu request a scan and save a log. Copy the log and post it here.

An error you say! No virus has resisted me so far.
Here is another poison to kill it, it is like a cobra venon.
1. Please download Malwarebyte:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
2. Once downloaded, just in case, in order to outwit the virus, please rename MBAM-Setup to Explorer.exe.
3. Install Malwarebyte and from the second tab, update it.
4. Close all other applications and turn off your modem.
5. Request a FULL system scan. During the process you may be asked to restart your system, please do so.
6. Report the results as I may have further instructions to ensure the virus does not return.

Our community of experts, would really love to have a Hyjackthis log on this virus for it is relatively new and we would like to analyse it. There are at least 30 of us across the world.
Please try renaming Hyjackthis to kioskea.exe.
Or please download and install ZHPdiag which much more detailed:

It will be in French but you can change the language by clicking on the yellow hard hat.
