Dear all, I have a tough case on hand! tried to figure it for so long :( Hope some excel expertise can help me out :)

I have a table like this

Model Colour
Casio blue
Morgan yellow
Addidas red
Casio orange
Casio pink

I want to list out all the available colours under "casio" category. the list goes on. I hope the data validation box i do can automatically detect the information whenever i add in new data. how can i do this in excel?

Could you explain what you mean by list out available colors ?

do a google on excel pivot tables. think this is an ideal candidate for one
