Transferring data from one workbook to anothe

Hello,
I have created a workbook for timesheet information on all employees. I have tabs set up for each employee. The totals get calculated in another tab. I am able to keep track of all personal, sick, and vacation time this way. However, I have a timesheet set up in an individual workbook in each persons personal folder, on our network, which the staff updates bimonthly. I'd like to know how to automatically update my workbook with the information in their workbook without having to go into each individual folder and copying and pasting the information.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
