Hello Sumana,
You are a bright, intelligent person, curious to always learn more. I can tell that your mind is very active. I will try to guess from your nickname... you might be from Malaysia.
The BHO (browser helper object) when you see "no name, no file" is a registry entry that indicates that your Internet Explorer could get "hyjacked" and redirected. Fortunately, it is not dangerous, but annoying and can slowdown your system.
You get infected mostly from malicious sites or from downloading from unknown places. It can happen to anybody.
Here is what I suggest to you:
Run Hyjackthis and check the following items:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
Click fix checked.
Also, please download, install and run Spybot Search and Destroy:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4561-spybot-search-destroy/
When installing it, uncheck the "Tea Timer" component, you do not need it and it may slowdown your system.
When the scan is finished, delete any item that is found.
You can keep Spybot and run it once in awhile to remove spyware and other viruses such as Virtumonde.
Good luck

Hello Sumana,
How do you do it I wonder?
You should not make a habit of this because some day your computer will get damaged badly.
You system is infected again, yes again! One sure sign: O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
I guess you will need to run Malwarebyte again.
Bye

In a way it is, but I don't run Malwarebyte all the time. I use Spybot against spyware and redirecting trojan.
Spybot is much faster as a Full scan with Malwarebyte takes long.
In this case, using Malwarebyte is like using a sledge hammer to kill a fly.
