Purchased Apps

I have upgraded iPhones recently and gave my 3G to my daughter. It recognized my name and my purchased apps on her phone. It transfer the apps to my new phone, but my account now does not recognize that I purchased the apps so it's asking me to repurchase to gett updates. I have the same name and password that I've always had. How do I get this resolved?

Did you change the sim cards? Did you sync the iPhone to your computer? I would think that should fix things. Apple wants their money and will always err on their side if they think you are trying to get something for free.
