Urgent help..security pop ups

i am using vista and vista security pop ups keep coming on.. I cant access to internet explorer..all page is black.. how should i go to internet explorer to run any malware removal.

i checked before. i cant even see internet explorer. The Virus Trojan deleted all programes. i cant have internet explorer. so i dont know how to to run anti malware programe

Hello,
Do you really mean ALL programmes?
Do you have a desktop with icon?
Do you have access to Explorer?
Do you have access to the task manager?
Can you command prompt?
