Cm security recovery file

Hello, I had my phone format recently , got all my apps away including cm security. Thing is , I had many photos on the secret box of cm security . I read the instructions of not losing them, so I still got the "CMSVault" folder which I shouldn't delete. Thing is that I cannot open those photos cause they're at cms format. Any ideas how to recover them? Thanks .

Hi Theodosia.

Have you tried reinstalling CM Security and seeing if you can open the photos? You could then save them to another device (memory card or email them to somewhere that you can retrieve them from) and remove CM Security if you no longer need it.

Please let me know how you get on.
