pls help me.. when i open my removable sd card 2gb kingston it has a message that always appear.. "do you want to format it now".. then when i click format the message say " windows was unable to complete the format"... huhuuh pls what shall i do.. help me

Is there any other message except of windows was unable to format?Please mention if any.
