I cant get my songs to my mp3 player

Here is the problem as it was described :

I HAVE RECEIVED THE MP3 SONG FROM NET AND I SENT MY MEMORY CARD, BUT IT WILL NOT PLAY .
I HAVE 1 GB MEMORY CARD FROM NOKIA MOBILE WHAT CAN I DO PLS HELP ME

What is the format of the downloaded media?Is it mp3,wma or other format?Please give format for more help on it.
