Blue Screen

When I start my computer, windows xp, it goes through the start up as me for my password then goes to a blue screen and runs a rouge anti virus. I can not exit it and there is nothing on the desk top to choose. In safe mode it does the same thing. Is there anything I can do?

A complete reinstall of Windows is you best option.
