Problem with Wi-fi adapter!!!

Everytime i turn on my laptop i have to also turn on the network adapter manually.
This was after i opened the laptop and (being nosy) just looked at wat the adapter is. i didnt touch anything.

(it works fine apart from the fact that if i turn my laptop on or restart it does not automatically turn on)

There should be some properties options in the control panel that enable or disable from starting when computer starts, there also may be an option in the bios for the laptop.
