Cod6 wont find games on xbox live

help! cod6 wont conect to games on xbox live

i have been trying for 4 days, my cod 6 wont find any games on xbox live , i need help..
is it the disk or is it the internet? should i return the game from the place i bought it

It is the Disk. I had the same problem and contacted microsoft about it and was told to take the game back to the shop.

mine won't load either. I got 1 game in 5 days and it was against Americans so my connection was yellow, I think its the new patch they installed. Try joining a friends game or your friend inviting you to a lobby then he/she will find a game, that works with me, but i cant find one myself.

ps.. just found a 2nd one then, full of americans again.
