Anable to connect in network

Hello,

i am anable to connect with another system in the network i have a small network there is a problem in my network a problem occur a system ping another systems but when i use UNC path it is not perform. please help me

this is a bit curious that a pc pings from another one can you give me some details please?

operating systems xp sp2
lan card realtek
firewall of
share some folder and drive
local area network connected
speed 100 mbps
i can ping 192.168.0.2 (server)
but not follow \\server
