<Hi,
I have tried as per your suggestion below mention. . But I have unable to rectify the problem.
Still my battery not charging . My Laptop model is Aspire one ZG5 laplop battery not charging.
Please help .
Your Suggestion :
Remove battery,connect adapter to it press on power>Windows will start loading.Now remove ACPI-Compliant in device manager,make safe shutdown,remove adapter and reseat battery.Connect adapter and start machine

HI there,
If after having tried that its not working then definitely its an issue with battery itself for which you will need t replace,before replacing with new one take it to the shop insert new battery and connect adapter to check and confirm its battery.
