Dvd/cd burner wont work on windows 7

my dvd/cd burner stop working i went in device manager and it gave me a code 19 message. I have windows 7 running on my hp dv6000.

Solution is found on link below from official Microsoft support website,all you need to do is to follow instructions?

now my dvd theres no error i didn't try that closeup22 but now in device manager it shows the device are not installed. (Code 28)

there is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver click driver update.

Windows couldnt find driver for your device.
