Itunes doesn't read my burner

what should I do??? It say to re-install I've tried and still doesn't work

I was getting very frustrated with this as well. I looked for months and tried all the filter deals and re installing itunes..

I know this may seem redundant but....The fix for me was this.. DE-install ALL Apple products.. Bonjour,updater,itunes, quicktime, ect..

After you are sure that no apple software exist then reboot.

When your desktop comes back online then re install Itunes.

Worked for me maybe it will you also..
