Online internet virus scanner

i ran a internet online scan and it came up with these files im wondering how do i get this cleaned at all. my virus protection has been updated normaly on its own but i got these files after the online scanner from today,

Hello Gervarod,

Go to:

C:\Users\All Users\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\INFECTED

Locate the file which was renamed but should begin with 4f6cd0d2 and delete it manually.

It's strange that for a Trojan, your online scan only detected one file, it does not sound right to me. How about doing the old Malwarebyte trick? Try a quick scan on it and see what it says.

Okay, it looks as if Malwarebyte did not find anything.
Did you find and deleted the infected and renamed file?
How is your system now?

i found the file but the names are different here they are the names of them.

They are not system files and they may be deleted
