Hello Gervarod,
Go to:
C:\Users\All Users\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\INFECTED
Locate the file which was renamed but should begin with 4f6cd0d2 and delete it manually.
It's strange that for a Trojan, your online scan only detected one file, it does not sound right to me. How about doing the old Malwarebyte trick? Try a quick scan on it and see what it says.
Regards
P.S. Thank you for the help you sometimes give.

Okay, it looks as if Malwarebyte did not find anything.
Did you find and deleted the infected and renamed file?
How is your system now?
