Avira is not shown in pc

dear friends,
when i was using the internet suddenly one virus guard was appeared . it is named as pc defend 2010.
it said me to accept it for cleaning the viruses in the computer, i accepted it.
after that few viruses appeared again and again. it is difficult to use the computer.


then i downloaded avira anti virus , but it is not shown in downloads < in document and setting of C>




so now i have no option to resolve this problem. i want to download and run avira anti virus any how..
plz hlp me ..???

avira antivirus won't work when there are virus present in ur computer.
try format ur pc (make sure no virus found in portable HDD or pendrive or DVD/CDs), install fresh driver, then install avira and update before installing other programmes
make sure scan ur other drives too like D:\ or E:\
