Iptv and broadband nt workng at the same time

Hello,
i am having broadband and iptv connection through my telephone line. i m using smartAX MT841 modem. .


...............but the problem is that these both(iptv and broadband ) r not working at the same time . only 1 can be used at a time. and my local area connection is also showing "limited or no connectivity" error................................................i suppose the problem is with ip address..................................................
