Dear Sir, 

Your post is not clear enough but from what I am deducing you are actually contacting the support team but no one is responding positively to you. It will be upon them to fix the problem and hence I will advise you to contact them again until they take you in consideration. It might be that they have many complaints to take into account and this is why it is taking time.
