Problems in copying

Hello,

I couldn't copy my files from my Sony Digital camera. I couldn't even view them on my laptop! It keeps on saying "requested source is in use". What should I do please?

I tried last night to copy hash tags from my notepad app so Im not re typing them every post obviously. But I no longer can do this. The paste option does not show up. Something that's new also is it says something about typing "alt text". I don't want to type any alt text. I just want to paste in my tags as I've done hundreds of times before.  I took a screenshot but this damn thing won't let me upload an image. 

When trying to copy a file from my windows 7 to a new pc(windows 10) over LAN , I have an error called "file path too long"? also no way via robocopy ! please help

everytime I connect anything to the usb drive area, whether it's a usb camera or phone or a flash drive, whatever- it appears for a few seconds and then disappears. If I don't touch the removable disk folder it remains connected, if I try to open anything on the drive, or copy something to the drive the drive will disappear and then an error message will pop up saying the file cannot be copied/read and the device will disappear from my computer and then later reappear and the autoplay functions will come again, as though i took the drive out and put it back in again (I haven't)

My HP laptop is about a month old and i'm running Windows Vista.
