Connect your mobile to pc via pc suite and data cable and make the transfers or remove the memory card and attach to system and co[y directly or if your pc has Bluetooth this also can make you download to mobile phone.

if u want to play videos in micromax q3 
first download the any video converter from the internet and convert the video into 320 by 240 format with 12 frames per sec .
i have played my videos like this .sure u can play
