When I'm starting the PC, the supply works, but there's no "beep" signal, and there's nothing on the monitor. After few restarts, everything is normal and the computer works great. I have all the voltages properly from the supply, and the processor fan is working properly. Can someone help with this?

Hi there,

Check for loose connections specially the power cord and wall outlet.
