Help me regarding my laptop's problem

Hello, i want your help regarding my Dell laptop. I have purchased a laptop online from www.ordercomputer.com and now i have a problem with my laptop's booting system So is there anyone who tells me where from i can repair my laptop? They give me 2 years grantee. Is this necessary to go to these dealers or can i repair it from any of Dell service center?

if it still warranty is better to you sent for the dealer and dell service.. the problem maybe the OS not funtion very well
