Help about skype please Closed

Hi i have just downloaded skype to my pc and bought a pc headset with mike .I loaded £10 into my skype account  I want to
use my pc to talk to my cousin in Canada from my pc here in N Ireland .I have her  landline phone number but I want to talk to her on her pc which will be free for both of us .Can anyone tell me how to set it up pc to pc Many thanks
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Sir, 

He should also have Skype application on his computer and hence you will easily be able to talk with him through the use of Skype.
