You say that nothing works, does it mean that your machine is dead?
What is you OS?
Why do you say it's a worm? Have you identified the wiggly thing?
Could it be a trojan horse?
Please tell me about the things that do work, ie. Task Manager, Explorer, command prompt, browser, etc
We will take it from there.
