Help! Our CD/DVDrom drive has been working absolutely fine up until now. It says on device manager that 'Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete ' and also code 19 whatever that means? We recently had the PSU replaced, but i doubt that has any effect. The computer is running on 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate. Please help!

Microsoft advise for code 19
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. To fix this problem you can first try running a Troubleshooting Wizard. If that does not work, you should uninstall and then reinstall the hardware device.
