Invalid password

i just got xbox live and it asks for my email and pass word. I put them in but it says it is invalid I know for sure thatit was typed right but i dont know what to do and im desperate.

Dear Sir,

Each of these devices has an specific password and you do have the possibility to have it changed. Nevertheless, you should be entering a wrong password for it to be indicating invalid password. Please consider entering the right password.
