nokia 7210 supernova problem Closed

Question

i have nokia 7210 supernova.when i switch on my mobile it directly go to open my nokia and then it switch off.please tell me whats the reason?and oe more thing when i not  insert sim card in my mobile its switchon and insert the simcard it's not switchon.plesae tell me solutio for this problem???????????/

Dear Kumar, 

There should be an error occurring on it and  you will definitely have to get the phone restored to factory settings to get the problem fixed. Yet it could also that the battery on it is loose. Please confirm this issue by replacing the battery with a convenient one if ever the problem does not  get fixed when you restore the mobile phone.
