Mini net books

i have one of these mini net books from china - can someone let me have the link to enable me to sort it out.

The screen has frozen and does not do anything, just keeps saying loading OS

I have tried this, it is still stuck, the supplier gave me a link to download software onto an SD Card but the link did not work
