hi i have a virus in my laptops .my task manager is not working,my anti-virus is also not opening,my programs files are also not opening,my recivery file is also not opening.i have mcafee anti virus .pls help me

hello
its not one kind of viurses
its Win 32 sality which prevent antiviruses from being installed or even work
and also virus related to registery keys which disable task manager and regedit

so you have to do two things after starting up your computer in Safe mode " if it lets you"
then

1. use Kaspersky removal tool

reboot your computer when the first tool finish scanning and it fix the viruses automatically when it done and uninstall itself as well

2.use combofix tool " link below contain downloading and how-to- use just follow the pics and its easy "
