Webcam error

I just want to ask why if someone invite me to view their webcam then when i accept it after few second it says that "the webcam session has ended" even though he/she is not doing anything...pls help me what to do

Dear Sir,

Please get to its Device Manager and see whether you do not need to have its driver updated.
