My live mail shuts down, says it encountered a problem and has stopped working, it restarts and works ok but if I surf the web or do other things and go back to it I get the same shutdown senario again. Internet explorer does the same thing. If I have it in hibernate for a few minutes and come back they will fail to respond and I get the same message in a box that they have encountered a problem and have stopped working. This beast is less than a year old and running on Windows 7. Anyone help?

Dear Sir,

Please consider contacting your email service provider and explain them the trouble that you are facing and hence let them see into the matter.

Hi: I have used three different ISP's during this time and this does not make a difference. The same problem has occured with all.Thank you anyway I wish it would help.

Have you tried a system restore to a point before the problem occured?
