Dear Sir, i used micromax Q5 cellphone month ago for secure i used to keep phone lock but unfortunately i forget my lock code pliz help me.i cant remember it.

Dear Sandy,

You will in fact have to get the phone restored to factory settings hence getting the password to its original one that was actually set by the manufacturer and this will allow you to get the problem solved.
