Headset profile problem in micromax Q5???? [Solved/Closed]

Hello,
Can anybody answer the very big problem in Micromax q5 as after a certain time of purchase you can not change your HEADSET profile though you remove your headphone.Also you can never pic a call without Headphone or On Loudspeaker.

plz anybody suggest.....

Hi,

Please again connect your headset device with the fone and call on your number then while your phone is ringing, in between it is ringing remove your headset and then receive the call. Your problem will be sorted out.. I have done it personally & my problem resolved, hope it'll resolved your too....

"Headset profile" not changing to "general profile" voice is not audible in calling..this is a problem in Micromax X560 phone plzzz try to solve this thanks.
