Problem seeing pictures on phones

i can't get my pictures on my e71 pro it come out white when i look at it on the phone and second my niece drop the phone i can't call out or receive calls i hear noting on it can anyone help

Since was dropped it may have internal damages,to fix the issue please take it to your closest mobile phone repair shop and they will do necessary for you.
