hello :D

k when i start up my pc, it brings me to a thing that says:
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt
last known good cfg
start windows normally

k when i say any of the safe modes then it just restarts my pc, when i say last known good cfg is just goes to a black screen and when say start windows normally it just freezes?!! what can i do!

do yo have access to another computer?

its a desktop
windowsxp
and yea i have access to another pc
however i dont have my windows disc
