Limitted or no network

my desk top is not possible to connect my home internet(local area internet connection). the system has been using at my shop. it was working so good. once i change the location and try to connect with home internet connection showing local area connection icon which is in tool bar as connected, but i cannot open internet explorer, once trying to connect its shoing that limitted or no network connection. so kindly help me
